Please send a picture of your Chapter to the Webmaster so that it can be added to the website with your Chapter information.

If you need assistance sending an email to all Chapters and Distinguished Members contact the Grand Secretary.
Announcements of other events
Generally speaking due to timeliness and workload involved, the Webmaster will not e-mail nor post announcements for Chapter and District events, sickness and deaths. Those should be handled by mailings to the local area of interest. If you don't know how to e-mail to all Chapters and Distinguished Members, contact the Grand Secretary or the Webmaster for instructions. Cut and paste addresses from old e-mails.
Update Chapter email addresses
When new Secretaries are starting their new positions, is a good time for Chapters to verify/update the personal e-mail address that you wish the Chapter mail to go to. Please send to email@example.com so that the Master List that the Grand Secretary uses will be corrected.
