North Carolina Eastern Star Foundation

The North Carolina Eastern Star Foundation was established by a vote of our Grand Chapter at the 1983 session. It is incorporated and chartered by the State of North Carolina, and is a tax exempt, non-profit Foundation. The By-Laws Section 83 describes the creation and purpose of The North Carolina Eastern Star Foundation
